U.S. President John F. Kennedy was assassinated on November 22 1963 in Dealey Plaza, Dallas, Texas by Lee Harvey Oswald while travelling in a Presidential motorcade. Oswald fired three shots from the sixth level of the Texas School Book Depository but only one hit Kennedy. There had to be a second shooter as Kennedy was hit from behind first and then from in front.
